I had a little issue with my order, so I sent them an email. They replied quickly and got everything fixed without making it a big deal. i’m happy with how it all worked out

The site was easy to browse and I didn’t have any trouble finding my way around!!! But the pricing was a bit confusing. A few costs seemed to pop up later, which made it hard to tell what I was actually going to pay!!! It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just really wish they were more upfront about the full price before checkout!!!

The product itself was fine, but the freight delivery was a mess. It showed up late, and nobody bothered to call ahead, which was really frustrating. Then the box arrived all scraped up, and the driver seemed like he was in a hurry to get out of there. what a joke. Definitely not the experience I was expecting...

I ordered a garden bench from Fifthroom.com mostly because the price was better than a few other places I was looking at, that’s what sold me.
